How to maintain your car for long run?

                     The most important formula to maintain your car is to, respect your car and love your car.

while driving :

  • When you start your car in morning or when it's cold. Maintain a low rpm level until the engine has reached operating temperature. Maintain low rpm 2-3 km, especially Diesel engines with turbocharger. Some of the drivers start the car and gives full throttle and say's " l'am warming up my girl". But that dont make any sense after some year's he will meet up the engine failure. Warm up period isn't just good for engine & turbocharger. So gradually warm up is what we need and it also beneficial to other components.

  • Every car drivers enjoy to rev hard and experience it. While doing it make sure the road is smooth and less traffic. So that sudden braking can be avoided and it will make a smile on your face and enjoy the throttling.

  • Don't stress your engine by not shifting down. Some drivers when they see small bumps they don't shift down and move in same gear while keeping the clutch half pressed. Please don't do that🙏

  • In traffic, avoid tail-gating the car in front. Maintaining a gap will allow braking to be a lot smoother. If you drive car giving mechanical stresses, it begin to wear prematuarly. 
Don't make her work hard:

  • Don't over load your car with exessive passenger or cargo, first of all it very dangerous while driving and some vital components may result in undue stress.

  • Don't go offroad in a car that isn't meant to build for it. You will scratch your cars underbelly and after the all the fun you will end up searching for some car components on your offroad track. 🕵️‍♂️

  • If you go  market to buy goods for your business shop or good's to home try calling a commercial vehicle, instead for loading your car with some stuffs like coconut from your field or a load of mangoes
Fuel up:


  • Don't wait for the reserve mark or low fuel warning indicator. Fuel pump may be damaged in a dry tank. Fuel her up and give the vitamin to run. 

  • Stick to the pump outlet which provide pure petrol/Diesel
Service on time:


  • Service your car  in sheduled time provided by the compound and maintain it steady

  • If you find any mechanical issues in your car. Don't wait just fix it. A car is built of several wear & tear components that will need replacement at some point in time. The longer you delay. The longer will be your bill. 

  • If you find the quality of work & charges at the company workshop to be resonable, stick to it.

  • The important factor to look out during service is change your oil in time and use synthetic oil, especially who rev hard the engine. It has good cooling and lubricating properties

  • Replace cars air filter at manufacturer recommended interval. 

  • There will be white acidic build up on your battery terminals clean it. 

  • Get your wheels balanced aligned & rotated periodically 

  • Make use of valve caps to avoid dust and dirt out of the valve area and it helps to prevent leaks. 

  • Wind shield wipper should be changed after every 2 years it will be hard on time. 
Keep her clean:


  • Wash your car daily or weeky and shine her up.

  • Use vaccum cleaner to clean interior and avoid keeping exessive items in car. I see some of them keep teddy bears🐈  flowers and other funny items in rear windshield. That is bullshit. Rear windshield is to see whats happening in rear and these stuff blocks the view. Avoid such habits.

  • Don't eat in your car, food smells, rots and ruins interior.
